Terms, refunds and privacy

Plain English, because that's the whole point of the product.

What you're buying

A one-time purchase of the Scope-Creep Response Kit, delivered as a zip file containing a PDF and Markdown files. The seller is Lehrer Group LLC, Spring, Texas, USA. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.

License

One purchase covers one person or one business. Use the scripts, templates and clauses in your own client work as much as you like, edit them freely, and paste them into your own documents. Please don't resell, redistribute or publish the files themselves.

Refunds

If the kit isn't useful to you, email lehrerenterprise@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund. No form, no questions. Keep the files.

Not legal advice

The proposal clauses and change order template are practical business language written from a freelancer's point of view. They are not legal advice and no lawyer-client relationship is created. If a contract matters enough that a dispute would seriously hurt you, have a lawyer in your jurisdiction review it.

Privacy

We collect your email address through Stripe Checkout so we can send your receipt and, if needed, re-send your download. We don't run analytics scripts, ad pixels, or tracking cookies on this site. We won't add you to a mailing list. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the payment itself. To have your purchase record deleted, email the address above.
